General
The following terms and conditions apply to contracts of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter “Contract”) ordered on the web page of OÜ Ippi, which shall be signed between Ippi OÜ (hereinafter “Seller”) and the person ordering the goods (hereinafter “Customer”) during the period of validity of current terms and conditions.
Price
All prices include V.A.T. valid in Estonia, if not stated otherwise.
Delivery fee may be added to the price according to the chosen delivery method.
Paying for products
The Customer has to choose products in his/her shopping cart, fill in the form about payer‘s information and confirm the order. After confirmation the representative of the Seller will receive the order and will reply to it no later than in two business days.
- The Seller will make sure that the desired products are in stock, and that the Customer has chosen an appropriate way for the supply of goods. If necessary, a representative of the Seller contacts the Customer to specify the delivery time and transportation.
- The Customer receives a prepayment invoice. An invoice will be sent to the Customer as an order confirmation by email. The deadline for payment is two business days from the invoice date. If the money is not received by the payment deadline, the order and the invoice will be cancelled automatically.
Delivery
Our online shop provides delivery of goods to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Different delivery options have also different delivery times, which have been presented below by corresponding options.
The Seller is not responsible for the delay of the goods, if it is caused by the Customer’s given information inaccuracy or communication interferences between the Customer and courier company.
ESTONIA

Goods are collectable at Ippi’s Shop in Tallinn, Mustamäe tee 5C, Estonia. Please see the opening hours at Ippi’s website www.ippi.ee.
DPD Pickup parcel shop, 3.50€
DPD Pickup parcel shops are package dispensing places all over Estonia via various partners where, instead of a human being, you will be served by a machine. Maximum longest side of the package is 100 cm, weight 20 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the DPD Pickup parcel shop the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail. Delivery time up to 3 working days.
DPD Private courier service, 4.84€
The package shall be delivered to the recipient at his/her home or workplace. Upon the arrival of the package to the DPD depository the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail notifying the consignee when the parcel will arrive – down to the hour! By a reply message you can easily change the delivery date up to 3 days or change the delivery address. DPD courier shall deliver the ordered goods during the working hours, within 09:00 – 18:00. If the Client is at work at these hours, we recommend choosing the delivery address accordingly. Delivery time up to 3 working days.
Omniva parcel machine, 3.39€
The parcel machines of Omniva are located outdoors and packages can be collected from there just when You need it, because they stay open 24h.
Maximum size of the package is 41 x 38 x 64 cm, weight 30 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the Omniva parcel shop the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail. Delivery time up to 3 working days.
Eesti Post post office, 3.99€
Post offices all over Estonia. Maximum size of the package is 41 x 38 x 64 cm, weight 30 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the post office of Eesti Post the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail. Delivery time up to 3 working days.
Eesti Post, courier Plus service, 5.89€
The package will be delivered to home or office. Delivery will be done in three business days (except Sunday and national holidays) on a day the receiver wishes. Deliveries can be done from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 20.00, on Saturdays from 8.00 to 16.00 on times that are possible on that location. The delivery time will be agreed with the receiver by phone or SMS on a day the package is received in a post office or parcel machine.
When by calling it appears that the client is not able to accept delivery within three days, the package will be returned to the post office. The receiver can issue it from there. The information of the location of the post office will be given to the client.
Itella SmartPOST parcel machine, 3.95 €
User-friendly automatic parcel-post system with parcel machines acting as self-service post offices, located indoors in various shopping centres all over Estonia. SmartPOST parcel machines protect the package from the possible impact of weather conditions. Maximum size of the package is 60 x 36 x 60 cm, weight 25 kg. Upon the arrival of the package to the SmartPOST parcel shop the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail. Delivery time up to 3 working days.
Itella Smart Express, 3.99 €
Itella SmartPOST is the first service provider who delivers e-shop goods on the same day. From Tuesdays to Fridays the parcels receive its destinations on the same day. Service is available in Tallinn, Harju county, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Viljandi, Jõhvi and Kohtla-Järve, in total 59 parcel machines.
To be delivered on the same day, the EXPRESS parcels need to reach SmartPOST sorting terminal latest by 13.00. On holidays and on Mondays deliveries are not executed.
Itella Smart Courier, 6.60 €
Maximum size of the parcel is 60 x 60 x 120 cm. On six days in a week, from Monday to Saturday, the courier brings the parcel on the fallowing day from order replacement (small islands are excluded, no deliveries on Sundays). Recipient can choose the delivery time zone (9.00-17.00 or 17.00-21.00) and order the parcel to be delivered whether at home or office.
The recipient will receive a SMS message with the delivery time on the morning. The courier will call recipient 15 minutes before delivery. The exact time can be +/- 30 minutes. If the first delivery trial fails the courier will agree another time. There is also an option that the parcel will be delivered to the parcel machine, no extra charge for that.
LATVIA
DPD Pickup parcel shop, 5.40€

Upon the arrival of the package to the Omniva parcel shop the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail. Delivery time up to 5 working days.

The parcel will be delivered to the recipient’s home or office. The parcel will reach the destination within three business days (Sundays and holidays excluded). Delivery times are from Monday to Friday between 8.00 and 20.00, on Saturdays between 8.00 and 16.00. Delivery time will be agreed on the phone or message will be sent via SMS informing of the status of the parcel in the post office or parcel machine.
When it appears that the recipient is unable to receive the parcel within three working days the parcel will be delivered to the post office. The recipient will receive a message about parcel’s location and dispensing time.

SWEDEN:

The package shall be delivered to the recipient at his/her home or workplace. Upon the arrival of the package to the DPD depository the recipient shall immediately be sent an SMS or e-mail notifying the consignee when the parcel will arrive – down to the hour! By a reply message you can easily change the delivery date up to 3 days or change the delivery address. DPD courier shall deliver the ordered goods during the working hours, within 09:00 – 18:00. If the Client is at work at these hours, we recommend choosing the delivery address accordingly. Delivery time up to 7 working days.
Eesti Post courier service, 22.09€
The parcel will be delivered to the recipient’s home or office. Delivery time is between 4 and 9 days (Sundays and holydays excluded). Parcels will be delivered on business days from 8.00 to 17.00 without prior informing.
Return of goods
One can withdraw from the order or claim exchange of goods within 14 days as of handing over the ordered goods. For this you need to send a corresponding e-mail to the address ippi@ippi.ee, stating name of the Client and information regarding the order (invoice/order number and sum). Returning the ordered goods to the Seller within 14 days as of the informing shall be regarded as withdrawal from the order. The goods returned must be unused and in primary package. Expenses related to return of goods shall be paid by the Client. Upon withdrawal from the order the money for the returned goods shall be transferred by the Seller to the Client to the same settlement account from which the goods were paid for within 7 working days as of receiving the goods by the Seller.
The rights of the Seller
Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the order if the ordered goods are out of stock. In that event the Seller returns the money to the Client or, if the Client wishes, informs of the arrival time of the new goods or offers to choose a different product of the same value instead.
Until the full payment for the goods the goods remains the property of the Seller. Seller reserves the right to change the product prices, texts and information on product availability without notice.
Privacy
Client’s personal information, entered for performing the purchases, is confidential information and is not subject to disclosure to third parties, except for cases prescribed by the law or for forwarding the goods to the transportation company.
Force majeure
Seller shall not be held liable for the delay of delivery if the delay of delivery has been caused by circumstances, which the Seller could not affect and the occurrence of which the Seller did not foresee or could not have foreseen (Force majeure).
Final provisions
Regarding the issues unsettled by current terms and conditions the legislation of the Republic of Estonia shall be followed. If no agreement is reached the Client has a right of recourse to the Consumer Protection Board to protect his/her rights. Settling the disputes shall be based on the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
